Substantial breakfest
Enjoyable instant muesli, really nice when you get a mouthful with a piece of chocolate or chopped date in but is a little sparse. I do add some raisins to make it a little less bland. Like that it’s gluten free oats and added soy protein makes it a bit more substantial
