Directions:
Mix 2 scoops (15g) with 300ml of water. Hardcore trainers can take 4 scoops with 500-600ml water as two servings, once tolerance has been achieved.

I've been using this for a month and suddenly today I came up in mega rash all over and a burning tingling sensation! I have figured out why - the tingling comes from Beta Alanine and is nothing to worry about, but the rash comes from Niacin overload! I'm currently searching…

Tastes gross
It does give a powerful kick for a workout but the taste is absolutely vile. Really has to be drunk quickly with your nose held.
