Directions:
Mix 2 scoops with 500-600ml of cold water in a handheld blender and shake well for 30 seconds. Hardcore trainers can take 4 scoops with 1000ml water. WARNING: Do not exceed 2 servings (26g) per day.

Essential sports nutrition
I do a lot of high intensity training for HYROX and this keeps me going. I have purchased before and this is the best flavour in my opinion. It mixes very easily, just shake the bottle, no need for a blender.
