Tastes great best vegan shake!
I’m on my 4th bag love this stuff lost a stone to date and this shake is what has helped me. It’s tasty and filling. Only thing is I 1/2 the amount of powder the packet says in a portion as found it too thick. Mixes well with unsweetened coconut milk for something extra tast…

Filling vegan shake
Tasty and filling for a protein shake. No unusual flavours cos it’s vegan. If you mix and drink it, it’s very easy to drink. If you leave it for a minute, it thickens up a bit so you can have the consistency you like. And my nails and hair have never looked so good!!
