Staple Mixer thats a good all rounder
I drink this as an alternative to other branded drinks after exercise- i also mix it with plain water so water tastes less boring. A good mixer to dilute other drinks too and you can cook and bake with it - a kitchen staple that’s also great for exercise recovery.
