Tablets are easy to take, twice a day. Hair seems to be shedding less. Not sure why they need to have an "enhanced lemon flavour" though?

They rally do work
I’ve used these for years. They work. My hair thinned over 30 years ago. I’ve tried everything on the market. These keep my hair healthy and if I’ve ever stopped taking them the difference is immediately noticeable. I will never stop taking them again.
