Unlike the description suggests, I wouldn't say it was 'extremely moist.' It was nice and moist, although to me had a bit of a 'grainy' texture to it. As a previous reviewer noted, it does crumble so you don't really get to slice it. I would though quite happily have this ag…

Lovely fruit cake
It is very difficult to find gluten free fruit cake. A great change from the very sweet alternatives, would recommend.
