Three weeks and noticing improved waistline
Only been three weeks and already noticing my waistline improving. Weight isn't falling off, but great result considering I haven't altered my diet at all.

It works for my needs
Love this product, this is my third purchase. I use these when it's difficult to control my calorie consumption, for example, when going out for a meal or having take out. Definitely notice that my weight does not increase when I take them.
