Caroline Hill is a UK-registered dietitian and owner of Caroline Hill Nutrition. She started her career in the NHS, before moving to the medical nutrition industry and setting up her business, Caroline Hill Nutrition, in 2018.
Caroline has a special interest in menopause and is passionate about supporting women in their menopause journey. She is also particularly interested in the role that food and nutrition can have in managing symptoms and improving health over the long term.
Using her extensive clinical knowledge and experience in managing a range of health conditions, Caroline supports women to optimise their health from perimenopause and beyond.
In her spare time, Caroline enjoys spending time with her family, travelling or doing activities like pilates and paddle boarding.
