Bringing together her love of research, writing and editing, Emily is our H&B Editor and her particular interests include women’s health, nutrition and gut health. When she’s not interviewing nutritionists, snooping out the latest wellness trends or breaking women’s health taboos, she’s probably using her staff discount to test out the newest thing in the H&B food aisle. (The low sugar Swiss milk chocolate with hazelnuts – yes please!)
Emily’s passion for all things food began early in her writing career when she started developing recipes, snapping away at her creations and reviewing restaurants for local newspapers.
She later discovered her interest in health and wellness while working for one of the high street’s best-known pharmacies – writing about everything from hormones to hay fever and diabetes to diagnostics. And of course, she still always jumped at the chance to throw on an apron and write some recipes too.
Emily makes wellness a way of life by… habit stacking with her daily vits, finding new recipes to ditch the sugar and being walked by the lively family beagle.
