Emma has been working in the Nutrition & Dietetics field for 25 years and her career has included time spent in NHS settings as a clinical dietitian, in health promotion and as an educator to young people and parents. Later, her career took her into the education setting as a lecturer in Nutrition & Dietetics at Glasgow Caledonian University. After 17 years in this role, she left to establish her own business in Sports Nutrition on a freelance basis.
Nutrition and sport have both been important influences throughout her life and have shaped her career to date.
As a lifelong advocate of physical activity and the outdoors, Emma has enjoyed sport and activity in many forms but her main focus has always been running.
She enjoys helping people to improve their health, lifestyle and sporting performance through education and advice on appropriate nutritional strategies.
