Olivia is a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) with a first-class degree in Food Science and Nutrition BSc (Hons) from the University of Leeds.
She is experienced in helping people to eat better and how to maintain and implement this into everyday life through cooking and lifestyle changes.
She is passionate about spreading the power of feel-good food through combing science and research. Olivia has a special interest in plant predominant diets as well as creating healthy, diverse and nutrient dense recipes.
At present, she supports the Nutrition team at Holland and Barrett by conducting one-on-one consultations and responding to customer inquiries to help everyone achieve better health and well-being. Her aim is to provide health and wellness solutions to everyone through a holistic approach and spreading the power of feel-good food
