In a small pan, sauté the cubed apples.
Once softened, sprinkle with the cinnamon and leave aside.
In a medium pot cook the oats according to your liking (thicker or runnier consistency).
Add 2tbsp of H&B turmeric paste and stir until fully mixed through.
Divide the cooked oats between two bowls and top each with a tablespoon of nut butter and gently stir.
When the porridge is cooled, add the honey (if it’s too warm, the honey will heat too much and lose its antibacterial properties!).
Finally, add the sautéed apple cubes on top and enjoy.
Top tip: Try any optional toppings like berries, pear slices, chopped Brazil nuts or pecans.
