Start by adding the garlic, Superfood Blend, Omega Mix, tahini, turmeric and lemon juice to a food processor. Blitz for approximately one minute or until it forms a coarse paste.
Add the butter beans and 2 tbsp of water, then blitz for a further two minutes or until you have a smooth paste. For a looser, thinner hummus, add more water.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Spoon into a bowl and sprinkle over more of the Omega Mix to serve.
