In a blender, add chickpeas (with all skins removed), tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, smoked paprika and honey.
Blend until smooth.

"Chickpeas are a great source of fibre! As a nation we generally do not get enough fibre in our diets, we should be aiming for 30g a day, and it is hugely important. Fibre can support digestion by providing ‘roughage’ to keep our bowel movements regular as well as supporting a healthy gut.
Chickpeas are also a great plant-based source of protein which is essential for maintaining muscle strength and repair."
