Super green protein pancakes
Kick start your day with protein-packed, fibre-rich pancakes. Top with blueberries, peanut butter or Manuka honey for antioxidants, vitamin C and immune support

- 120g H&B Gluten Free Flour
- 6 tbsp Naturya Organic Greens Blend
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 small banana
- 1 tsp H&B Apple Cider Vinegar
- Around 120ml plant-based milk
For the toppings
Step 1
In a bowl, combine the flour, Organic Greens Blend and baking powder.
Step 2
Add the mashed banana and apple cider vinegar to the mix.
Step 3
Pour in enough milk to make a smooth pancake consistency.
Step 4
Heat a little coconut oil in a pan.
Step 5
Pour the mixture into the pan and cook on both sides.
Step 6
Serve with some Crisp N Crunch Peanut Butter, a sprinkling of Immunity Superfood Blend, some blueberries and a dollop of H&B’s Morning Manuka Honey.
