Directions:
To mix a high protein shake to be used between meals, add 250ml of water into a shaker cup or blender, and 1 serving (25g) of Smart Protein Plant and shake for 10 seconds.

“Good product with good amount of protein. Served best with ice cold water (my opinion) and needs a good shake so it doesn’t taste bitty. But the taste itself is pleasant enough and gives me a lil fix when I feel like being naughty. I’ll have a shake instead. Only thing that really drives me crazy is the closing mechanism on the package is pants. Never seals shut, I have to use a clip to hold it in place.”
