Directions:
Take 1 capsule 3 times a day during 1 month. This can be followed by a maintenance amount of 1 capsule on a daily basis.

Excellent product.
I have been using this product as a preventative for any prostate problems now for at least 15 years and so far thankfully it appears to work as I am problem free.

QUALITY PRODUCT
Have used this product since Prostabrit left the UK market. Who knows the benefits but do know prostate discomfort is rare so keep taking the tablets. Reasonable.price from H & B and easy to collect from store.
