What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?
- African Mango, also known as Irvingia gabonensis is a tree native to West Africa that grows edible fruits similar to mangoes. The extract from the tree's seed is a soluble fibre. Locals in Cameroon have been using it for centuries.
- Green tea has been consumed for centuries and is made from leaves that have been processed minimally - unlike black tea which has been oxidised and fermented.
- Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18.

Bought these & been taking for 20 days and I’m not feeling hungry at all between meals. I take one 40 minutes with water before breakfast and I take 1 40 minutes with water before lunch. It work perfectly & I have loss 10lbs so far. healthy diet, dance exercise & yoga.
