Bought these & been taking for 20 days and I’m not feeling hungry at all between meals. I take one 40 minutes with water before breakfast and I take 1 40 minutes with water before lunch. It work perfectly & I have loss 10lbs so far. healthy diet, dance exercise & yoga.
