Amazing product, low FODMAP but also scores high in the Zoe app. Fab substitute for noodles or rice in stir fries. Great if you’re trying to cut down your carbs.

I buy these as a low-carb replacement for spaghetti. With a sauce or pesto, they do the job nicely! They stay good cool as an office lunch too.
