Cook in boiling water for 3-5 minutes. Rinse, drain and serve.
Store in a cool dry place. Once opened, store in a sealed container and use within six months.

Amazing product, low FODMAP but also scores high in the Zoe app. Fab substitute for noodles or rice in stir fries. Great if you’re trying to cut down your carbs.
