Holland & Barrett Enteric Coated Omega-3 Fish Oil contains EPA & DHA which contribute to the normal function of the heart. DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and vision. These beneficial effects are obtained with a daily intake of 250mg of EPA and DHA.

Could have been better.......
A little disappointed because all the capsules in one bottle had stuck together. I had to prise them all apart before I could use them - not any easy task. As far as the capsules are concerned, though,.I was very pleased with the fact that there is no fishy after-taste and…
