- Gut Powered NIGHT contains 10 billion live friendly bacteria, along with chamomile flower powder, vitamin B6 and magnesium. The added vitamins, minerals and natural extracts can help you feel less tired and fatigued throughout the night.
- Vitamin B6 is a key player in helping support energy yielding metabolism by helping to reduce tiredness and fatigue. Magnesium contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system. Whilst Calcium contributes to the normal function of digestive enzymes.
- 5-HTP is made by the body from the amino acid tryptophan, which is then changed into the neurotransmitter known as serotonin. Chamomile flower powder is a herb that comes from the daisy-like flowers of the chamomile plant.

Quite gut = good nights sleep
I am taking these in conjunction with the Gut Powered probiotic for day. Since using both products I get Full nights sleep. Previously I would have been up 2 or 3 times a night. My stomach/bowel would have grumbled all night. Not any more.
