Very nice flour
This flour tastes great, I used it to make waffles with just an egg and it held together brilliantly. Great gluten-free alternative and much tastier than other gluten-free flours in my opinion. Would be good if it was organic, though.

Strong nutty teff flavour and great for flatbreads and pancakes. More expensive than other flours though.
