Directions:
Take one softgel capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
Free from:
No Artificial Colours, Flavours or Sweeteners. No Preservatives. No added Sugar or Salt. No Starch, No Corn, No Milk, No Lactose, No Gluten, No Wheat, No Yeast, No Porcine.
Advisory information:

Pregnant women should not supplement with more than 800mcg (2,664 I.U.) preformed Vitamin A daily except on the advice of a doctor or ante-natal clinic. All supplements containing Vitamin A (preformed Retinol) are best avoided by those who regularly eat liver and products made from liver. Long term intake of amounts greater than 1150mcg daily of Vitamin A are best avoided by postmenopausal women and older people who are at increased risk of osteoporosis. Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.

Best for eyes
I regularly get vitamin a from holland and barrett as my husband has eye problems and I like to keep both our eyes as healthy as possible.
