Great for Keto
This stuff is great, tastes a little vanilla to me so I add it to coffee a couple of times in the morning and it helps keep me in Ketosis, the sweeter flavour means I dont feel the need to add anything else to my drinks

Acquired taste
Wanted to try this! To be fair it’s an acquired taste it’s not my cup of tea, I’m forever stirring powder to get lumps out and about the only way I use this is a creamer along with other stuff in a hot chocolate
