Nicest chocolate protein powder
Second time buying this. It's the nicest chocolate protein powder I've had. I mix it with 200g greek yogurt and a few dark chocolate chips for an evening snack and don't find it lumpy at all. Keeps you full all night so you don't wake up starving the next morning.

Ive used ON for years and it has helped with recovery after training After increasing training to days a week Ive added ON casein to my nutrition on a night and I can feel the benefit on a morning no aches on a morning Tastes great and mixes easy

Great product
Blends reasonably well with milk, just make it's well dissolved - 5 minutes or so or it'll be grainy. Flavour is really good, not over sweetened, definitely fills you up, very viscous, perfect nighttime fuel
