Versatile non meat protein alternative
Good choice for a non meat protein alternative without soya. Very versatile, can be rehydrated with whatever flavour you need - great for pies, curries, wraps etc. Firm but tender texture. Also comes in smaller 'mince' style pieces.

I add a small handful to a pot of water with herbs de Provence in and some rice noodles and let simmer on the stove until almost all water has gone and serve. A packet lasts me almost a month as it feeds just myself and have so many food allergies this and a few selection of…

Really enjoyed these chunks (in a curry). Not tried them before but were being discontinued in store and thought I’d try them. Easy to rehydrate and to cook. Will be buying these, and the mince, again.
