Directions:
Store dry. Soak in water for 30 minutes until the protein has rehydrated, then drain. Heat in a pan and use in your favourite recipe.

Really enjoyed these chunks (in a curry). Not tried them before but were being discontinued in store and thought I’d try them. Easy to rehydrate and to cook. Will be buying these, and the mince, again.
