Directions:
Simply add 30g (3 dessertspoons) to a shaker together with 250 – 300 ml of water and shake. 1 serving contains 20g protein and will provide the benefits stated. Consume 1 – 3 servings per day.

Vanilla supershake
Took a risk buying this as a fair few bad reviews. Made the shake with oat milk in my velvetiser machine. Absolutely delicious!! Creamy and similar to a mocha macha with a vanilla twist. Will be stocking up :)
