Directions:

As good as powder pre
I’ve taken different pre workouts over the years of varying strengths, from C4 to warrior to ABE to ryse, and some slightly less commercial ones as well and i would say these gel packs give a nicely adequate boost to my workouts since trying to stay off the formerly mentione…
