Good turmeric supplements
Good way to take turmeric if you struggle to absorb ordinary tablets due to stomach issues. Just make sure you use this spray in the bathroom as you need to wash hands if any drips and brush your teeth afterwards.

Works fine for me
I haven’t had the spraying issues others have and am on my second bottle of this. It gets a bit jammed up towards the very end of the bottle but otherwise works fine. Much better than a Boots Vit D one I tried that crystallises and doesn’t spray. I’ve used the Better You vit…
