How to use?
- Add nuts, seeds, blueberries and yoghurt or milk for a diverse breakfast
- Whip up a tasty granola by combining with your favourite nuts, seeds and dried fruit, plus honey, coconut oil and cinnamon
- Slow cook with milk for a wonderfully warming porridge. Add a drizzle of honey just before serving.

Oats but made interesting
Makes a more interesting porridge with a bit more bite to it. Takes a bit more cooking to soften to same level as normal oats. Haven’t tried overnight oats yet with it I like the more nutty texture
