This small, yet mighty bar supports brain health due to it being high in vitamin B5 which contributes to normal mental performance. This raspberry flavour date and oat bar with no added sugar chocolate chips and freeze-dried raspberries also contains zinc – which contributes to normal cognitive function. It contains also haskap berry powder and 76mg of Brainberry™, a scientifically studied ingredient extracted from Aronia berries. Plus, studies have shown that eating at least 30 different plants a week can contribute to a healthy lifestyle. The Holland & Barrett plant point system has been created by our in-house registered nutritionists to support a more diverse, healthier diet. And this fruit and oat bar with benefits has a 4/30 plant point scoring.

Fruit and Oat Bar - discovered.
Have shopped in Holland and Barrett for many years. Enjoy the variety of products on offer. Wish you would bring back the face cleanser I used - with Manuka Honey. It was lovely. Just discovered the Fruit and Oat Bar which was delicious.
