Holland & Barrett Gluten Free Broth Mix 500g
€2.85
At last, a gluten-free broth mix! With a fab blend of British-grown crops, this mix will make a broth everyone can enjoy. It's like a rainbow of pulses and grains, with added texture from gluten-free oats and oat flakes. This gives great flavour and a chewy texture, and you'll be giving your diet a great source of plant diversity.
Pulses are a great source of plant-based protein, and ideal for incorporating into any diet to achieve more plant diversity. We should aim to eat at least 30 different types of plant-based ingredients each week to help support a healthy lifestyle. They’re an inexpensive way to create a protein rich meal without the need for meat or meat substitutes. Perfect for vegans, vegetarians, and plant-reducers alike.

Gluten free soup variation
I like that my new soup is vegan and gluten free. It has a balanced variety and complete nutrition. Soak it overnight and some more to cook the beans in it better. Read the cooking instructions well.
