What is it?
Holland & Barrett Starflower Oil capsules provide the fatty acids Linoleic Acid (LA) and Gamma Linoleic Acid (GLA). Within the body Linoleic Acid is metabolised to GLA, which is essential for the production of certain hormone-like substances called prostaglandins. These capsules also contain Vitamin B6, which contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity. Not all fatty acids can be made in the body so must be supplied through diet or supplementation.

Reliable quality product
Excellent quality high strength borage capsules full of decent amounts of GLA. The gelatin is also of good quality and remains rigid for easy swallowing. Costly unless on special offer, but still recommended over others available for consistent quality.
