Each capsules provides 500mg Korean Ginseng, also known as Panax Ginseng, which is standardised to contain a minimum of 20% ginsenosides. Ginsenosides are the most potent active ingredients in ginseng which contributes to physical and mental well-being and supports energetic alertness.

Directions:

Take one to two capsules three times daily, preferably with meals or may be taken as a tea by opening capsules into a cup and then adding hot water. Do not exceed stated dose.
