Holland & Barrett Magnesium Tablets contain 150mg magnesium, whichcontributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Magnesium also contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The tablets are coated and an easy to swallow size. Simply take one tablet daily, preferably with a meal.

Magnesium Bisglycinate (chelate), Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Magnesium Oxide, Maltodextrin, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate, Magnesium Silicate), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Polyvinyl Alcohol, Polyethylene Glycol), Colour (Titanium Dioxide), Dextrose.
