Holland & Barrett Peppermint tablets contains 17.2mg of peppermint oil and are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Peppermint was first discovered growing in an English field of spearmint in the seventeenth century. This natural hybrid was then cultivated for the fragrant oil found in its leaves and flowering tops. Many found its effects to be soothing. To this day, peppermint is one of our most popular herbs and has a variety of uses throughout the world.

WOULDN'T BE WITHOUT THESE
These are my go to remedy if I have heartburn or indigestion, they settle my stomach in no time. I recommended them to my son and he swears by them now too, he takes them on holiday with him to deal with any over indulgence!

This has helped me a lot with bloating
