How to use?
- Mix with rye flakes, nut butter, nuts and raisins for tasty energy balls that are perfect for long walks or lunchboxes
- Use as a muesli base and add yoghurt, chopped banana, pumpkin seeds and almonds for a delicious start to the day
- Mix together rye flakes, milk, chia seeds and honey and leave in a bowl in the fridge overnight. Top with fresh fruit and nuts in the morning and enjoy
