Microwave 700w/800w. Agitate pouch content. Cut off the top of the pouch just under the tear notch. Heat on full power for 2 mins. Leave to stand for 1 min. Stir and serve.

Best eaten cold
I chop up some celery, 3 dried figs, some Omega Mix Seeds, some Tofu and then add the cold soup into a tupperware container. Come lunch time, everything has marinaded in the soup.
