Directions:
Take one or two capsules as desired, three times a day, preferably with a meal. As an infusion for tea, open one or two capsules into a cup, add boiling water and stir until completely dissolved. Add sugar or honey to sweeten as desired. Do not exceed stated dose.

Only one thing wrong they have doubled in price in the last 18 months.
