This high-fibre kitchen staple is made from organic konjac flour and organic gluten free oat flour for a mild, natural taste that makes the perfect base for lots of yummy dishes. Toss it through a salad to add a satisfyingly chewy texture, or serve with a tagine or a curry as an alternative to rice or wheat-based cous cous.

1. Drain away the water from the pack.
2. Rinse 2-3 times under cold water.
3. Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes or in a microwave (800w) for 1 minute.
4. Toss through your favourite salad recipe or serve with a tagine.
