Directions:
1. Drain away the water from the pack.
2. Rinse 2-3 times under cold water
3. Heat in an open pan for 2-3 minutes or in a microwave (800w) for 1 minute.
4. Add to your favourite noodles sauce, stir fry, soup or salad.
Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.

Better than regular noodles
These have quite a bland taste on their own (though not unpleasant) but soak up the ingredients and flavours of all the other things you're cooking with. The texture is firm with slight spring and very moreish! I like them better than regular noodles actually.
