Meridian Coconut & Peanut Butter is smooth with an indulgent taste. Peanuts and coconut are ground until smooth, and blended with a dash of honey. The coconut oil isn’t overpowering yet makes the butter creamier and easier to spread. A rich source of fibre and protein.
Great on muffins, crumpets, crackers, toast, and in smoothies, porridge, cakes (like biscuits and flapjack). Why not try spreading over rye bread with banana and strawberries on top, for a tasty lunch?

Surprising, different, nice.
This makes a delicious change from my normal crunchy peanut butter, often topped with marmite, this has a flavour all it's own and does not need a topping.
