Miaroma Cinnamon Leaf Pure Essential Oil is expressed from the leaves and inner bark and has a warm spicy aroma. It has a familiar, seasonal scent and provides a warming effect on the mind and body. It is also said to improve your energy levels by helping to increase blood flow. The art of aromatherapy can be traced back to the great ancient civilisations of Egypt, Greece and Rome where essential pure oils were valued for their effects on body health. Aromatherapy oils, such as cinnamon leaf, may be used singly or mixed together to create your own blends. Miaroma cinnamon is an uplifting 100% pure and natural, sourced from Sri Lanka. No synthetic ingredients are ever added to any Miaroma essential oils.

Directions:
Enjoy the benefits of Miaroma essential oils for massage, in your bath or vaporisation. For massage, dilute at a recommended rate of 5 drops of essential oil to 10ml of Miaroma base oil. For bathing, run a warm bath, add 4-6 drops of oil and disperse with your hand. Then relax in the bath for at least 10 minutes to allow the aroma to work. Vaporisation of essential oils can create different moods or can be used to freshen your home. Oil burners or light bulb rings are ideal ways to vaporise essential oils.

Exactly what I expected, good product
I use a vaporiser as well as candle burner and I have used similar branded product before, this is by far the best, the strength is stronger and the fragrance last longer. Will stock up more!
