Nature's Garden Marshmallow Capsules are natural herb food supplement. Suitable for vegans & vegetarians. Marshmallow has been used for more than 2000 years. It is found in both southern and western Europe, western Asia and the north eastern region of north America. Both the root and the leaves contain a substance known as mucilage.

Marshmallow Root Powder, Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Anti-Caking Agents (Silicon Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate).

Directions:
Take two capsules three times daily or may be taken as a tea by opening capsules into a cup, then adding hot water. Do not exceed stated dose.

Very pleased with my health improvement since taking these. Have had digestive issues and these are really helping. Most marshmallow supplements contain other things. Thank you for selling this product.
