• Produced by artisan beekeeper, Alexandros Gousiaris, in the small village of Ilias in central Greece, our honey is extracted cold and unfiltered so the beneficial properties of the nectar and pollen remain.
• Alexandros ensures his bees are protected during the winter months then moved during spring and summer to areas where conifers grow in abundance.
• Crystallisation is a sign of pure unprocessed honey caused by naturally occurring pollen & trace elements.

A light golden yellow colour that turns warm orange as it catches the sunlight, our Orange Blossom nectar honey is intensely sweet with delicate citrus & floral notes.

Made in small batches, the honey is cold-extracted, unfiltered, unpasteurised and unprocessed, ensuring its nutritional properties are preserved. Each jar of this premium honey is individually numbered and marked with the year of harvest.
