This delicious drink provides 7000mg Hydrolysed Marine Collagen (type II) which is a rich source of intact amino acids, in particular glycine and proline, which help form new collagen in the body. These amino acids quickly absorb into the bloodstream, and contribute to building new collagen. It also includes biotin which contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, plus selenium and zinc which contribute to normal nails and the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Plus, zinc and Vitamin D which contributes to cell division.
